Sandra Oliver is a native of Denver who has pursued many different careers (3 so far) in a search for something that made her want to dance through the day. She completed her degree in Psychology in her 20s and worked in the mental health field for about 10 years before changing directions for the second time. In her 30s, she successfully pursued a career as an Information Technology geek. Though it was mentally challenging, she found that the backside spread left her sick and tired of being sick and tired.  In her mid-40s, she decided to pursue a full time dream of helping people meet their health and wellness goals one step at a time.  Her passion for fitness has been a motivating factor throughout her life, and she is thrilled to be able to share passion with others.

Sandra loves to get people excited about health and fitness. She enjoys breaking down the plethora of information in to bite size pieces that every body can put to practical use. She incorporates a wry sense of humor into her speaking style to keep her participants engaged and excited.

Her topics range from simple, easy to use tips to increase your overall health, to in depth workshops and seminars designed to create healthy habit forming patterns that will last a lifetime.

Sandra is a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, and has a degree in Psychology. Sandra understands the struggle the average person goes though on their way to wellness. She has overcome injury, illness and the ‘busy life’ syndrome to become a successful example of what you can accomplish with a little help and education.
